    Sculpt is a 20-25 minute strength and toning routine led by Natalie & Hillary. Using light (3-5lb) weights, and mainly your own body resistance, you'll be led through a series of strength building exercises set to music you'll love. Each video will target specific areas of your body that when put together provide a full body workout! We believe adding Sculpt to your cardio routine provides a well rounded wellness experience that will maximize your efforts! Sculpt videos are included in the Sister Fitness VIP monthly membership package.
